Atomic Web Browser is an advanced web browser – claim. Well let’s see how good is it when it comes to in comparison to Safari and the newly formed Opera.
Key differences: Starting off with the tabs feature: desktop style tabs on the front page makes it easier to open it in a new tab, which also is there on Opera but misses on Safari.
Image block: It helps in blocking images to save the bandwidth. Safari and Opera Mini lacks this feature.
InPage search: Another unique feature which is lacking in Opera and Safari; where you can find a word within a web page.
Facebook and Twitter integration: Directly share articles which is a key feature on Opera and Atomic, nonexistent on Safari.
Built in Ad block is a new feature on Atomic Web. Another very very important feature that we usually see on readers is the Offline page viewing – which is very useful at times when you find yourself off network.
Lots of color themes to choose from for the background in Atomic Web and good history and bookmark viewing features.
One negative aspect is that just like Safari , the Atomic Browser shows the location bar and search bar as two distinct, where as they could have been merged and made more space. Another aspect is that it opens slowly but the tabs open pretty quicker than Safari,Opera.
Safari app was doing the same since day one and has never been upgraded , where as OperaBrowser has a lot key features added which we have dealt with before But Aromic Web Browser has a score of features which make browsing on the iPhone look like fun and fast; However, Opera and Safari are free apps whereas Atomic Web Browser comes with a price $1. I will leave to you guys to decide which one u feel comfortable using as your key browser for all your Internet needs from your phone.
Works with iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
